Who is NSLH?

NDIS-SDA Lifestyle Homes (NSLH) is a boutique, socially minded, NDIS focused, property business owned by Min Dixon and Peter Dixon.

NSLH is a unique professional NDIS Registered SDA Provider working collaboratively within the emerging SDA property market on a bespoke basis.

NSLH was established, initially to manage NDIS-SDA assets that are owned by Min and Peter Dixon.

As developers and investors of multiple NDIS SDA properties – Min and Peter found it challenging to find an NDIS registered SDA Provider who understood the issues in investing and developing in the complex NDIS SDA sector.

Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider

NSLH is a Registered Commonwealth Government Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider — NDIS Registration ID 4-1O5C09Q.

NSLH, along with developing and investing in the NDIS SDA sector, manages SDA Property Assets for other SDA property developers and investors (subject to due diligence) – on each SDA property asset – along with its own assets.

NSLH understands the complexities of SDA ownership and management.

What We Do?

Experiencing firsthand the challenges faced by NDIS participants and their families in finding suitable housing inspired us to create homes that encourage independence, dignity, and inclusion. We’re driven by a deep commitment to bridging the gaps in the NDIS-SDA sector and ensuring that everyone has access to tailored, high-quality housing – it’s about transforming lives and fostering communities where everyone can truly thrive.
